1. Description of Service

Luxury AI is an AI-powered photo generation application that provides:

• AI-generated photorealistic luxury lifestyle images from your photos.
• 40+ curated luxury scenes including supercars, private jets, yachts, designer boutiques, and exotic destinations.
• Full HD image output without watermarks (Pro plan).
• Lightning-fast AI processing and generation.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Users may access limited features and a restricted number of AI generations per day.
• Subscriptions: Premium features (Pro) are available via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Handled exclusively by the respective App Store. AppExpo does not process refunds directly.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

3. User Content and License

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload to the App.
• License Grant: By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, resize, and transmit your photo to our AI engines solely to provide the generation service.
• Generated Content: You may use AI-generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a Pro subscription.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that generated images will be free from errors, artifacts, or unintended visual elements.

4. Accuracy and Disclaimer

• Entertainment Only: All images generated by the App are for visual entertainment and social media purposes only.
• AI Accuracy: AI generation may produce artifacts, unrealistic results, or unexpected compositions. We do not guarantee 100% realistic or flawless renders.
• No Endorsement: The inclusion of luxury brands, locations, or items in scene descriptions does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by those brands.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose without a valid subscription.
• Circumvent or disable any security or access control features of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the AI models, software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by AppExpo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AppExpo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, images, or content resulting from the use of AI image generation features.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the App, other users, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sakarya, Turkey.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
